Investigating the murder of a comic book store owner, Dexter discovers “The Dark Defender”, a comic based on the Bay Harbor Butcher. This leads to an interesting dream of actually being a superhero. Also, Dexter tracks and confronts the man who killed his mother, and gets closer to Lila.
