No Emmys for Dexter?!
Sep 21st, 2009 by Dexter

Dexter got snubbed tonight at the Emmys, losing in major categories including Best Series - Drama, Lead Performance by an Actor (Michael C. Hall), and Outstanding Guest Star (Jimmy Smits.) Nikki Finke of uberblog Deadline Hollywood Daily singled out the Showtime Marketing/PR team as being particularly inept, but they did manage to pull of a win for Toni Collette, the star of their (fucking awful) United States of Tara.
Ah well, the Emmys are lamesauce, and hopefully everyone was watching the Dallas game, instead. Dexter season 4 starts Sunday September 27th, on Showtime…but the first leaked episode is already widely available online.

Dexter simply is the best thing on TV. Everything from cast to crew is superb. Marcos Siega is an awesome director. This is the only series to actually get me on the edge of my seat & hanging out for each and every episode.
Can’t believe MCH lost out to what’s his face from Breaking Bad again at the Emmys.. WTF?
